Our Bowls History

Lawn bowls has been at the heart of Casegus since the club's founding. What began as a single green and modest clubhouse has grown into a two-green facility hosting pennant, club championships and international friendlies. The Casegus Hawks representative side claimed the national BPL22 title in March 2026, cementing our reputation as a competitive force.

Green Standards

Both greens are premium synthetic surfaces maintained to Bowls Australia pennant standard. Our greenkeeping team mows, rolls and tests speed daily during the season (March–September).

  • Two championship synthetic greens with covered spectator areas.
  • Green speed tested weekly and adjusted for pennant and social play.
  • Automated irrigation and drainage for year-round availability.
  • Adjacent barefoot bowls area for social and corporate events.
