Chefs, kitchen hands, bar staff and wait staff for The Meridian Restaurant, Harbour Lane Café and our three bars. Experience preferred; trainees considered for the right candidate.
Gaming
Gaming attendants and customer service officers for our 280-machine lounge. RSG certification required. Flexible day, evening and weekend shifts available.
Bowls
Bowls administrator and green maintenance assistant. Knowledge of lawn bowls preferred. Seasonal and part-time arrangements considered.
Food & Beverage Careers
Work in The Meridian Restaurant with waterfront views and a dynamic kitchen team. Roles include line cooks, pastry assistants, sommelier support and experienced wait staff for lunch and dinner service.
Gaming & Customer Service
Join our gaming team in a modern, well-maintained lounge. Attendants monitor machine banks, assist members and uphold responsible gaming standards in a supportive environment.
