Casegus Riverside Club is a members' club that warmly welcomes registered guests. To ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone, all visitors must comply with our entry conditions, identification requirements and code of conduct. Please review the information below before your visit.

Casegus Riverside Club on the Broadwater Gold Coast is located at 18 Harbour View Parade, Broadwater QLD 4218. For entry enquiries call (07) 5528 4710. All patrons must comply with Queensland liquor and gaming legislation and our house policies at all times.

Membership & Guest Entry

Financial members may enter upon presentation of a valid membership card. Visitors may enter when signed in by a financial member or by purchasing a temporary guest pass at reception.

  • Guest passes — $3 per visit for non-members without a sponsoring member.
  • Member sign-in — Members may sign in up to two guests per visit at no charge.
  • Photo ID — Required for all first-time visitors and may be requested at any time.
  • Minors — Under-18s may enter dining and bowls areas when accompanied by a parent or guardian; gaming areas are strictly 18+.

Dress Code

Casegus maintains a relaxed coastal dress standard during the day. After 6.00pm, smart casual attire applies in all dining areas including The Meridian Restaurant, Harbour Lane Café and the Marina Lounge.

  • Neat, clean clothing and enclosed footwear in dining areas after 6pm.
  • No singlets, thongs or heavily torn clothing in dining venues after 6pm.
  • Activewear is permitted in bowls and casual bar areas before 6pm.
  • Management may refuse entry for inappropriate attire at any time.

Gaming Area Requirements

All gaming areas are restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid photo identification must be presented upon request. Casegus supports responsible gambling and provides self-exclusion programmes in accordance with Queensland legislation.

Enter via the main reception on Harbour View Parade. Friendly staff will assist with membership, guest passes and directions to dining, gaming and bowls facilities.

The gaming lounge requires patrons to be 18+ with valid photo ID. Digital membership scanning speeds entry for financial members during peak periods.

Code of Conduct

All members and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. The following conduct may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises:

  1. Intoxication or possession of illicit substances.
  2. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour toward staff or patrons.
  3. Disruptive conduct in dining, gaming or bowls areas.
  4. Failure to produce valid identification when requested.
  5. Breach of dress code in dining areas after 6pm.

Casegus reserves the right to refuse entry and ban individuals in accordance with club rules and Queensland law. Bans are enforced across all club areas.
